Sam Cooks opened for its third year on May 21, 2009. We thank all those who stopped by last summer to see the place, to sample our food and to wish us well. We enjoyed the summer in beautiful Wellfleet. Our managers, Chris and Sarah Spagnoli, came to us with creative new ideas, a fresh approach to our summer season, a carefully chosen menu of breakfast pastries, breakfast sandwiches made to order, our famous salads by the pound, new exciting deli sandwiches, and various daily specials.
However, when the summer ended in September, we examined our own goals and have decided to end our business. It is with some sadness and regret that we leave our daily connections with local Wellfleetians, and interesting tourist folks from all over Massachusetts, the US and the world. It is with excitement that we move on to new adventures.
We thank our customers for their loyalty, their words of appreciation and their business. We’ll be seeing you next summer on the beach.
